Returns & Exchanges
We’ve worked hard to create shirts that fit and look great. But at the end of the day, there may be some folks out there that just don’t feel the same way. Our generous return policy is for them:
If your shirt doesn’t fit or you don’t like it for any reason, send it back to us within two weeks of delivery and we’ll issue a refund*. If you’d just like to exchange the shirt for a different size or style, we can do that too.
(please note that we will not accept shirts that have been washed or modified).
Although we will ask you why you want to return the shirt so that we can improve our offerings, we’re serious about our “any reason” return policy: we’ll never deny you the right to return a shirt just because we don’t like the reason you provide. Why do we do this? First, we want our customers to have the best buying experience. And second, happy customers tell others about our brand and mission.
